Early wwii m1 helmet w/ liner d-day artillery. You are bidding on a wwii m1 helmet with liner. The helmet was issued in 1943 and according to the son of the original owner, it was wron during the d-day invasion at normandy. The helmet has the crossed cannons insignia of army artillery. The helmet has the band seam in the front and has fixed strap rings.

Teh liner believed to be original to the helmet, has stripes that are visible on the inside. The ewbbing is gone. I am including several photos of the item and i am selling as is. Have fun bidding on this one. Bid high, bdi often.
